Hi David, I think that the wiki is a really good addition to what's out there. From my perspective I know so many developers who want to understand AT better so this is a great resource.

Great to see the blog up and running too, congrats!

I guess the difference between GATE and the other wikis is that we are aimed at a wide audience of developers, employers, supporters and users themselves - we would be very willing to take input from any of the other wikis mentioned and of course form anyone working with AT in any way - One of the key things that we are trying to generate is a sense of perspective - different views and thoughts around the same approach and technologies

On a semi related issue we ahve launched our Blog - its intended to be stimulating (or opinionated depending on your POV) but do come join us at www.abilitynet.org.uk/blog

Steve, I think your previous comment did indeed get munched by Akismet.

Thanks for your email and I'll be in touch soon. Also checked out the community and can certainly help there. I'll drop you a line with some ideas soon.

Hopefully also catch up with you at CSUN next year if you're heading over again. Will anyone else from PP be there?

hehe, spooky. I actually left a detailed comment on the P;P post but it seems to have got lost (probably Akismet throwing it out due to single url ). Prateek of P:P says they met up with you. I also agree they are doing great stuff. I hooked up with them at the last CSUN where I was helping on the Mozilla booth and now I'm the board (largely as a result of my work on www dot oatsoft dot org which we wanted to bring users and developers together over open solutions).

I'll get in contact re doing something and we're also settign up an online community to bring students, users, existing projects together so we create tools users wants. We'd love ideas and contributions. See 'online community' on the wiki.

@steve Wow, just as you were leaving your comment I was writing <a href="http://www.iheni.com/good-things-come-in-threes-toointroducing-projectpossibility/" rel="nofollow">a post about Project:Possibility</a> - how funny is that?!
Thank you for the link which I have added, really good stuff! What's your involvement with the project? I would love to hear more. I was so impressed with the guys I met at USC and the work they had done.Be interesting to see if we could do something similar in the UK

@Aaron I wondered how long until somebody suggested that I start a list myself rather than just write about it and of course you're right :).

I'll have a read through and think about how to add the content to the site. If anyone is interested in helping me kick start this then leave a comment of email me, with WCAG 2.0 on the horizon we need it now more than ever...
